Job Description :

Mapping client’s requirement and coordinating ,developing and implementing process in line with guidelines.
Monitoring the overall functioning of process, identifying improvements areas and implementing adequate measures to maximize customer satisfaction level.
Daily and Monthly generation of MIS reports, analyzing the cases in Excel Sheet.
Raising the issue with internal IT and Escalating with higher management with taking follow ups for implementing the new things in system.
Regular update and follow up of call center.
Co ordinating with internal departments on client query’s and escalation’s to provide proper resolution in TAT.
Daily update providing to channel partner’s via mail to Pan India level.
Resolving the complaints which receives from channel partner of Pan India.
