Walkin interviews for Telecallers / Customer Relationship Executives at the Customer Contact Centre (Thane) of Mahindra Insurance Brokers Limited (A Mahindra & Mahindra Group Company which is amongst the top 100 companies to work for as per Great Place to Work Survey 2016).

b. Position : Customer Relationship Executive Outbound and Inbound Process : Voice/Tele-Calling Renewals and Fresh Calling.

c. Languages : Gujarati, Oriya, Punjabi, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, Tamil, Malayalam, Bihari, Bhojpuri, Urdu, Marathi (any regional language). Candidate should have good command over spoken Hindi or English (primary language)

d. Roles and Responsibilities : 
Candidates would be required to achieve sales/insurance policy renewal targets (motor, life and health insurance).

Outbound Sales Process : 
- Engage with customers to educate them on insurance and provide options that suit their requirement most appropriately.
- Handle escalations and irate customers.
- To achieve sales number and value with minimum achievement targets along with incentives for achieving above targets. 
- To ensure customer engagement, service orientation and quality of delivery. 
- To solicit and cross sell to customers wide variety of options/products.

Inbound Customer Service Process : 
- Engage with customers to educate them on insurance and provide options that suit their requirements most appropriately.
- Handle escalations and irate customers.
- To ensure customer engagement, service orientation and quality of delivery. 
- To solicit and cross sell to customers wide variety of options/products.


e. Working Days : Monday to Saturday (fixed Sunday off)

f. Shift Timings : 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM 

g. Salary Details : Attractive Salary (as per industry standards) + Target Based Incentives
